Popsicle Silicone Mold

This popsicle silicone mold is the best!  We water bath or pressure can most of our own juices at the homestead, and this mold allows us to make popsicles from our juices.  This is perfect for us as our juices are made with less sugar than typical grocery store purchased juice (which we appreciate).  Our canned goods are from organic or pesticide free sources which we believe is a healthier alternative.

We also make homemade pudding from leftover eggs and milk from our farm critters.  Pudding popsicles are wonderful, too!  They are a great alternative to high fat ice cream.

If you are concerned about the cost and/or ingredients in store bought food, these are a great alternative.  We feel the portion size is “just right” for a quick snack.  The molds clean up nicely, too.

These silicone molds are freezer safe and heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.  You can use traditional wood sticks with these, but we choose to use the reusable plastic sticks which are sold separately.

Dipping Scoop

We always like to take something homemade to outings, but sometimes we don’t have time to bake or cook.  That’s when we do the simplest homemade item possible…chocolate dipped strawberries!

This dipping scoop is wonderful to use.  We have dipped with forks, but this is so much easier!  The scoop part is curved upward to “cradle” the item you are dipping.

The scoop is stainless steel and the handle is plastic.  A well made tool at a great price.

9″ Offset Spatula

At the homestead we bake regularly with our fresh ground flours.  Occasionally, we make a cake.  When icing the cake, this tool makes it easy to spread the icing.  We used to use a butter knife, which works fine, but this is so much easier and gives the cake a more polished look.

The blade is stainless steel and the handle is plastic.  A well made tool at a great price.
