Please note:

1.  Delivery is within 20 miles of Shy Beaver Boat Launch.  We deliver by dump trailer or dump truck and must have reasonable access for unloading.  We reserve the right to refuse unloading if we feel the location is not safe for us, our equipment, or the customer.  We also reserve the right to alter a schedule due to weather conditions.   Payment is due upon receipt.  Payment must be made in cash upon arrival or by pre-approved local check.  We do take credit card and addition credit card processing fees are added to the total.                   

2.  The current pricing has been based on the gas and diesel markets and represents our best estimates at this time.  If we see extreme fluctuations in the fuel industry or other related markets to our services, we will need to alter the pricing structure again and we are reserving this right.  When you request a delivery, we will honor the pricing we quote you at that time.  For this reason, we will be limiting our future delivery schedules to within 2 weeks at a time.  To calculate cost over the 20-mile range: 

Let’s assume you are 25 miles from our location.  Your total cost to have a full cord delivered would be $340 calculated as follows:  $330 for the first 20 miles plus $10 ($2 x 5 miles) for the additional 5 miles outside the 20-mile range.

 3.  If you are purchasing wood by the scoop, please make an appointment prior to arrival.  We are typically available most of the time, but please call ahead so we can assure that the gate is open and equipment is available to help serve you. 

 4.  On-site loose pieces are available 24/7.  We stock bins at the corner of Sharman Lane and Dogtown Road, James Creek, PA.  You are responsible for loading and your safety.  An honor system box is provided for payment.  Two splits of wood for $1.00.
