We have been grinding flour for over 30 years. For us, there is nothing better than baked goods made with fresh ground flour. Rye flour is great for use in yeast breads. Pumpernickel bread is made from rye. It does have a strong flavor and rye flour can be mixed with a wheat flour to reduce the strength of it’s flavor.
We love this product because it is organic certified.
We have found this product to store well under proper conditions. The flour from rye is milled easily.
